This is a new concept in large li-po pack the welgard modular design allows extra cells to be added or taken away unlike all other li-po pack. All welgard ‘P’ packs come complete with gold connectors so each pack plugs together in daisy chain red to black to build up the pack voltage (Remember not to plug the last two together). Joining the cells like this allows the pack to be charged as a whole over the weekends flying and during the week the cells can be unplugged and each cell can be individually charged to make sure all cells stay in balance. With capacities of 4000mah 6000mah and 8000mah and discharge currents of 40 amp 60 amps and 80 amps large electric models are becoming more and more popular and prices won't break the bank.
