Processing of orders
Minimum order value £10.00 Excluding delivery.
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
It is sometimes not possible to calculate the exact shipping cost, Allelectricrc reserve the right to amend the shipping cost at any time.It is our policy to keep shipping/postage costs to a minimum.
Kits shipped outside the UK will require a courier service please contact us first for these prices.
Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.

We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

Warranty and Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately to let us known what has happened and return the item as soon as possible we will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly sent item being returned to us. alleletricrc.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify allelectricrc.co.uk of the problem in writing to allelectricrc.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (Please state your Order No.)
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used and damaged in that uses.
We regret that lithium polymer batteries are not warranted. Any pack found to be under voltage must be returned to allelectricrc within 3days of purchase unused it is the customer’s responsibility to check the voltage on arrival.
There is absolutely no warranty for any lithium polymer pack once you have placed it on a charger.
Motor warranties
Motors are warranted for one year from the date of sale for defective parts,
any crash damage, modification ,overload is not covered under warranty
Failures due to use beyond the recommended specifications will not be covered.
You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email allelectric.co.uk with your order details.
Allelectricrc.co.uk does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the allelectricrc.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the alleletricrc.co.uk website. Alleletricrc.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
