Over the past few months due to the economic situation, currency rate fluctuations have had a big influence on all prices. Although we try to keep prices as up to date as possible, with thousands of items on the web site, there may be omissions. If the price of an item has changed we will endeavour to inform the customer of any increases in prices as soon as possible.

Processing of orders
Minimum order value £10.00 excluding delivery.
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received outside our opening times will be processed at the earliest opportunity. We endeavour to keep the web site up to date but on occasions items may have gone out of stock been discontinued by our suppliers or prices may have changed we will E-mail you to inform you as soon as possible.
Your order may be delayed if the item is found to be OUT OF STOCK, we will then endeavour to process your order within 7 working days if this is found to be the case.
We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order via e-mail if you do not receive these e-mails this may be due to Spam filters or incorrect e-mail address supplied.
It is sometimes not possible to calculate the exact shipping cost, AllElectricRC reserve the right to amend the shipping cost at any time. It is our policy to keep shipping/postage costs to a minimum. All on-line transactions are via a SECURE SSL SERVER using the secure PAYPAL system. We can only ship to the address given on your PayPal account. Please ensure your PayPal details are correct before you place the order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details; your order may be delayed if the product is not in stock. We reserve the right to delay an orders shipping if we believe the credit card details supplied are being used in a fraudulent manner.
Small Items are posted using Royal Mail recorded (sign for). Kits and larger items are shipped using a Courier Service. Items posted using royal mail 1st class sign for can take between 2 - 14 working days to arrive. Orders shipped using Courier Service 2-5 days.
Royal mail special delivery is the only guarantee of a next day postal delivery (If special delivery has been selected and the items are found to be OUT OF STOCK we will endeavour to post these items within 7 days if we cannot we will e-mail you with an ETA on delivery). Next day Saturday delivery is extra for the special delivery service. No order over 10kg can be sent special delivery. If ordering by phone please state if you wish your order to go by special delivery otherwise orders will be sent out at our standard postage service.
Small items can be shipped outside the UK use Royal mail services.
Kits shipped outside the UK will require a courier service please contact us first for these prices.
We can not give delivery times or tacking numbers to orders posted outside the UK we will E-mail to confirm the item has been dispatched and can give a copy of the postage receipt by request we have no control over the item once it has left the UK all international orders are at your own risk.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods. The current rate is 17.5%.
Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged, please contact us immediately to let us known what has happened.
We may ask for the damaged goods to be returned to us. And return the item as soon as possible we will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly for inspection please send these items by recorded delivery.
Alleletricrc.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question.
You should check that all the items sent on the match those ordered. If they do not, please email allelectric.co.uk with your order details and items found to be incorrect.
In the unlikely event that you do not wish to keep what you receive, please return the items within 7 days of receipt packed exactly as they were received and we will provide a refund or credit to your card. This may take up to 14 days. Goods returned for refund must be unused, unmodified, and returned in the same condition that they arrived if returning a item you must ensure that sufficient postage is paid we suggest sending by recorded delivery proof of postage is not a guarantee that the item will arrived back to us we can only provide a refund when we have received and inspected the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Faulty items
We regret that lithium polymer batteries are not guaranteed. Any pack found to be under voltage must be returned to Allelectricrc within 3 days of purchase unused it is the customer’s responsibility to check the voltage on arrival.
Motor faults are for defective parts only, any crash damage, modification, overload is not covered, all motors are specified for model use only. Failures due to use beyond the recommended specifications will not be covered.
Faulty Electronic speed controller are only covered for defective parts, overloading and reverse polarity connection are not covered.
AllElectricRC does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Allelectricrc.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the Alleletricrc.co.uk website. Alleletricrc.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
